May i know the size of the coin locker? How many coin locker do u have?

The coin locker size is 70×35×85 also we have 4 it outside.

Can I check in late? My flight reaches Osaka at 935pm. I can reach the hotel only at 1130-12 midnight

You can check in anytime after 3 PM because this apartment is self check in using tablet in lobby on the first floor.

I recommend using train JR Nankai line to Shinimamiya station from Kansai airport station because you need not to change the train.

There is no rice cooker in the room. The room has pots, knives, cutting boards, frying pans, bowls, chopsticks, forks, spoons, plates, glasses and mugs.

the nearest subway or jr station has elevator or not and which subway.

Nearest stations are Osaka metoro Sakaisuji line Ebisuchou station, Midousuji line Daikokuchou station and JR Shinimamiya station with elevators. However, there is no elevator at Nankai train Imamiya ebisu station.

can we do late check up? Flight ETD Osaka is at 10pm. how much do we pay if we will do check out at 5pm?

Wonderful

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The room was comfortable and worked well. Having a small fridge and clothes washer was super convenient. We were allowed an early check in so we could drop our bags and begin our tour of the city.

Value for money

Big room and clean. It has all the essentials we need, including cutlery and washing detergent. Location is not the best but it's close to shinseikai and cheap.

The room is a bit dark, not enough lights. Although there is a washing machine, it's hard to dry clothes as there are only a few hangers available inside and at the balcony.

It is a studio very comfortable for 3 peoples. Location in the middle between ebisucho station dgn imamiya ebisu station (about 4 minutes walking distance). Walking distance to shinsekai and tennoji. Family mart dgn lawson are nearby. All the amenities are complete.

Having slightly difficulty to enter the passcode at entrance and door pin need to press harder.

Estay is a warm and inviting place

I really liked the no nonsense way of getting into the room. Especially after a long flight, it was nice to be able to enter the room with no difficulties. There was a washing machine which really helped during many hot nights at Osaka! And aircon! Great room! Shower pressure was amazing.

Lived up to all of our expectations.

Good stay, spacious room, and close to transport.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen, separate toilet from the bathroom, and washing machine. There was plenty of room for our two big suitcases as well. For the 4 of us, we had a queen bed, single bed and a fold out couch. The location was excellent, close to convenience stores, a grocery store, different train stations, and restaurants. The hotel is on a main road but it wasn’t particularly busy. Although we could hear traffic noises, it wasn’t particularly loud on the 4th floor. Communication with the hotel staff was easily done using the messaging system on Booking.com.

Even though the room is a non-smoking room (it even had a sign on the wall), there was a fairly strong cigarette smell in the kitchen area. As we were only staying 2 nights and it was only in the kitchen area, I chose to ignore it but it wasn’t pleasant to experience that every time we walked into the room.

The floor of the toilet wasn't cleaned very well and the mattress sort of dip in the middle a bit. But this is just me being picky.

Hotel was 9o second walk from subway, the staff go above and beyond making you comfortable! The room was super clean. It looked brand new lots of towels, kitchen, utensils, stove, microwave, big size, fridge, and freezer, very modern bathroom. We enjoyed using the washing machine, very spacious for luggage, lots of room to move around the room, we really enjoyed heating up food after a long day touring around the city! There is amazing supermarket right across the street even discount one, lots of 24 hour convenience, stores on every corner! There’s a choice of three subways from that location! There is a subway that goes direct to the Kansai Airport. We took it both ways fantastic! The hotel even was thoughtful to put out umbrellas on rainy days! Elevator in the building, you can’t go wrong! This place feels like home! The beds were very comfortable! They even supplied dishwashing liquid to wash dishes and laundry detergent for the washing machine! Television even has free Netflix, both in English or any language that was a plus my son really enjoyed relaxing and watching his favourite show in the evening! we were excited to return home every time, I would give it 20 stars! this for both couples, and especially families!

Excellent place to stay.

Easy access to several train/subway stations. It is a bit outside of Namba station, so to get to Namba station, is 1 stop. Pros: much quieter area, but still easy access to Namba, Dotonbori, etc. Cons: you do need to get on the train/subway if you want to sightsee, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains worked well. You could hear a bit of street noise inside (ambulance sirens, etc), but it didn’t wake us up and was not really loud. There is a washer, but it does not have a dryer function. we hung our clothes outside to dry (hangers and a clothes line provided), and everything dried overnight. We booked a one bedroom apartment (I thought it was a 2 bedroom, but maybe I missed it during booking). It is basically 1 large room. There is no way to partition off the “bedroom” from the kitchen area, etc.

Beds were comfortable, but pillows were just not super comfortable for me. I found them to be really firm and high. Not a big deal, but if you prefer a softer pillow, bring your own.

The property looked small upon our entry but we were pleasantly surprised at the clever use of space in the apartment. O

It’s a pretty quiet neighbourhood yet minutes away from Shinseikai and a few train stations. There’re a few convenience stores to choose from so getting a coffee or a late night snack was a breeze. Our 27sqm room wasn’t large for 3 adults but it packed a punch! Everything you need is in there - from bedroom slippers to extra towels, a washing machine and even a vacuum cleaner! They even provided toiletries, shampoo conditioner and body wash. The kitchenette was great for heating up simple foods. The toilet and bathroom were spectacularly CLEAN! The grouting was white!

I wish there were more hooks on the walls so we can hang our clothes as they were 3 of us and since there isn’t a wardrobe, hooks will help.

Great self-service hotel!

Room was spacious, modern and location great for our needs.. Self check-in / out worked easily. Even without any on-site contact with the staff, they communicated with us about the right information at the right time through messaging. Price was also very good.

Our room was next to a street and car noice came through the windows quite easily.

Nice place to stay with nice location, though lacking hangers to hang laundry.

Nice place to stay. You get a whole studio for yourself. Booked a room from Booking.com. It has a laundry machine, and they even provide detergent for us. Instructions were clear on how to enter the room. Location was nice too. There are convenience stores nearby as well.

Laundry machine is nice, but nowhere to hang the wet clothes. Only have very little hangers outside in the balcony. We loaded about 5 days worth of clothes for 2 people, and yeah, there's quite a lot to hang. We just had to use hair dryer and use the small, long table that they had. Luckily we were staying here for 2 nights, so we did laundry the first night, and it has 1 full day to try to dry out without being hung. The other thing is they do have lockers, but there are only 4 of them! So, better to not risk it and just use the locker at the nearest train station instead. It's not far anyway, only about 3 to 5 mins walk from the train station. Up to you though, you can always send a scout first (send 1 person with a small carry-on) to see whether there's anything open. That way you don't need to walk there with all your things, then have to walk back to the station because the lockers are full.
